What Equipment Do I Need?

The only equipment absolutely required is a barbell, bumper plates, and squat rack.

Dumbbells, a bench, and a GHD are not required but good to have.

How Long Do Workouts Take?

Workouts are written to take 60-90 minutes, but you can trim lower priority exercises at the end of the session to save time!

How Long Are Training Cycles?

Each training cycle is built in 3 or 4-week blocks, and typically last between 8 and 16-weeks!
